Attachments: Adding Files to Media for Enhanced Interaction

This article guides you through the process of incorporating files as attachments to your media files on the VideoCom Cloud, providing valuable context and supplementary sales information for your clients.

To find the Attachments section, go to your uploaded media file on the VideoCom Cloud. You can find the section at the bottom of the page.

Adding Attachments

To attach a file to a specific recording in VideoCom Cloud, there are two methods:

Drag and Drop: Select the file from your computer and drag it over to the designated field in the VideoCom Cloud interface.

Browse and Select: Click on the field to open a file browser. Navigate to the location of the desired file on your computer and select it.

By utilizing the attachments feature, you can seamlessly incorporate additional resources, reference material, or supporting documents directly into your VideoCom recordings. This enhances the overall viewing experience for your audience by providing comprehensive and engaging content.
