Connecting your existing presentation slides



VideoCom Presenter allows you to connect your existing presentation files from PowerPoint, Google Slides, and PDFs via the Connect Presentation Menu.

Adding sources to your presentation



Personalize your slides and make them feel more dynamic by adding cameras, videos, images and other elements to your presentation. These elements can be added as Presenter slides by going to the Add Slide Menu, or via the Overlay Element Menu to add them as an overlay within an existing slide.

Recording your presentation



Once you're happy with the look and feel of your presentation slides, you can record your presentation by using the Record button. We'll show a countdown to ensure your ready and by default, your recorded presentation will be available in our secure cloud and available to share easily.

Prepare with Presenter notes



When performing your presentation, you may need additional context to make sure you don't forget what to say. We have an interactable Presenter notes section where you can see your presentations existing notes but also write new ones.

Make it more obvious with annotations



Annotations allow you to draw over the top of your presentation. This makes it easy to show your viewer exactly what you're talking about. On top of that, there's also a laser pointer tool which is less permanent and can be used to draw your viewers eyes to a particular area of your slides.
