Organizing & Managing Your Video Presentation Slides Easily




You can manage your slides using the Slide List Pane in VideoCom Presenter. Click a topic to learn more:

Adding Slides



You can add a new slide to your presentation by simply clicking + Add Slide at the upper-left portion of the app. This option allows you to add any of the following as a new slide:

Blank Slide
Camera
Video
Image
Webpage
Screen (Monitor/Window Capture)

Renaming Slides



To rename a slide, go to the Slide List Pane, then hover your mouse over a slide. Click the vertical ellipsis at the lower-right corner of the slide, then select Rename

Moving Slides



To move your slide, go to the Slide List Pane and click and drag the slide to your desired location.

You can only move slides you've added using + Add Slide. For now, it's not possible to move slides imported from PowerPoint, Google Slides, and PDF.


Deleting Slides



To delete a slide, go to the Slide List Pane, then hover your mouse over a slide. Click the vertical ellipsis at the lower-right corner of the slide, then select Delete.

You can only delete slides you've added using + Add Slide. To delete a slide imported from PowerPoint, Google Slides, and PDF, open the source file using its respective app, then delete the slide from there. You can then use VideoCom Presenter's Re-sync button to update the changes to your imported presentation file.


Hide or Unhide Slides



Hover your mouse over a slide, then click the Eye icon at the lower-right portion of the chosen slide to toggle between hiding and showing the slide.

Hidden slides will automatically be skipped when navigating your slide list using the Hotkeys, or when using the Previous/Next slide buttons in-app. Please note that manually clicking the hidden slide in the Slide List Pane will still show it in the preview.
