Adding Comments

To add a comment to on a VideoCom Cloud, follow these steps:

Click on the Comments icon located at the top right corner of your media page.

In the designated field, type in your comment and press Enter or click the Send button to publish it.

Visibility of Comments

You have control over the visibility of your comments on VideoCom Cloud. Consider the following options:

- Public: Public comments are accessible to anyone with media access.

- Private: Private comments initiated by workspace members are visible only to other workspace members. They provide a space for internal discussions and collaboration.

Private comments initiated by non-workspace individuals are only visible to themselves and workspace members. This option ensures privacy for specific conversations.
