Adding Comments



To add a comment to a media on VideoCom Cloud, follow these steps:

Click on the Comments icon located at the top right corner of your media page.

In the designated field, type in your comment and press Enter or click the Send button to publish it.

Replying to Comments



You and others can also reply to existing comments to keep the conversation going.

Click the Reply button below the comment.

Type your response then click Send. Your reply should appear as a branched response to the original comment.

Visibility of Comments



You have control over the visibility of your comments on VideoCom Cloud. Consider the following options:

Public
Public comments are accessible to anyone with media access.

Private
Private comments initiated by workspace members are visible only to other workspace members. They provide a space for internal discussions and collaboration.

Private comments initiated by non-workspace individuals are only visible to themselves and workspace members. This option ensures privacy for specific conversations.
