Simple Steps for Creating a New Account: Get Started Quickly

Unlocking VideoCom's Features: Step-by-Step Account Creation Guide


To get started in using all of VideoCom's products and services, you need to create a new account.



Creating an Account and Getting your Login Code:


  1. Go to https://videocom.com, then click Sign In at the top-right corner. This will bring you to the Login page.

  1. Click Create an account

  1. Type in the email address you wish to use as your new VideoCom account login email, then click Get login code.


In an effort to provide better account security for our users, we have replaced passwords with a 6-digit code that's sent directly to your email. The good news is you won't have to memorize any password/s for VideoCom!

  1. Go to your email inbox. You should receive an automated email with a 6-digit login code.



  1. Enter the code you received in the 6-digit code box, then click Login.

We recommend checking Send me important notifications and updates so you don't miss out on essential info about VideoCom. Leave this unchecked if you prefer to not receive anything at all.



Congratulations! You have successfully created a new VideoCom account! Use this to log in when using VideoCom Presenter, VideoCom Capture, or when accessing your Workspace on the web.
