Canceling Your Pro License Subscription: A Step-by-Step Guide
To cancel your recurring subscription to VideoCom, please follow these steps:
Visit cloud.videocom.com and log in to your VideoCom account.
On the left pane, locate and click the dropdown icon next to your Workspace name. Then, select Workspace Settings.
In the Workspace Admin page, navigate to Plan & Billing.
Click Manage Subscription at the top-right portion of the page.
The Manage Subscription button will only be available if you have an existing recurring subscription. If this button does not appear in Plan & Billing and you believe you have an existing recurring subscription, you may need to check if you're logged in to the correct account, or you can contact us so we can assist you.
A Subscription Details popup will appear, providing a summary of your current subscription. Click on Cancel Subscription.
After your license expires, your VideoCom account will be downgraded to the Free Plan, and you will have access to the features associated with it.
