Finding/Sending the Log Files When Troubleshooting with Support
Sometimes you may face issues that we're unable to reproduce and as such we need additional information. VideoCom Presenter automatically logs issues and errors while using the app that we're able to use to identify why and where the issue is happening. In this article, we're going to show you where you can find these log files so that you're able to send us the log file.
Open your Windows file explorer
In the address bar, copy and paste the following %appdata%\VideoCom\Presenter\logs
You should see a file called VideoCom_Presenter_debug.log, this is the file you should send to us
Open Finder
Navigate to the following folder ~/Library/Application Support/VideoComPresenter/logs
Alternative: Open Terminal, paste open "Library/Application Support/VideoComPresenter/logs". Press Enter/Return.
You should see a file called VideoCom_Presenter_debug.log, this is the file you should send to us
Windows Instructions
Open your Windows file explorer
