Unable to start recording due to full storage

If you're trying to record in VideoCom Presenter but are seeing the message below that your workspace is full, it means the workspace you have set as your default workspace is full.

However, if you're trying to record a video for another workspace where you do have pro, you'll need to set your default workspace accordingly using the following steps.

How to change your default workspace

Go to Account Settings in VideoCom Cloud - https://cloud.videocom.com/account/profile

Find the default workspace section and change your default workspace to the workspace where you have a Pro Plan

Click the default workspace dropdown and choose your workspace

Job done! Now go back in to VideoCom Presenter and hit record again.
