There are known incompatibility issues on systems with Intel Graphics using driver versions 100.9953 to 101.2079 which can cause VideoCom Presenter to become unresponsive.


How do I fix this?

Updating your Intel graphics driver to the latest version will resolve fix this issue. Please follow the steps below:

Click here and download the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) tool.

Run the installer and complete the installation process.

You may be required to restart your system after installation.

Go to Start, look up Intel Driver & Support Assistant, then run the app.

This should open up a new browser window. Here you can check if there's an option to download the latest Intel Graphics driver for your system.

Click Download. Once done, click Install and complete the installation process.

The DSA tool also has the option to Download All/Install All to fully update your system drivers.

Restart your computer to finalize the update.

Run VideoCom Presenter to check if the issue has been fixed.
