Migrating Media from XSplit Cloud to Your New Workspace
XSplit Cloud will be taken down in the near future. To ensure you don't lose the video prospecting content you've created, you'll need to move it to VideoCom. Below are instructions on how you can do that.
First, make sure you're logged in to https://cloud.xsplit.com
For each media file you wish to migrate, click the vertical ellipsis button
From the dropdown, click the download button
Once you've downloaded all of the media files you want, you'll need to sign up or sign in to VideoCom Cloud
You can either drag the files you wish to upload from a folder on your computer, or you can press the "➕New" button and then click Upload Media
Simply select and upload the files you wish to transfer.
That's it. You've now migrated the media files you wish to keep which will remain on VideoCom Cloud once XSplit Cloud has been shutdown. If you are stuck or would like further information, please contact us through chat by using the chat icon in the bottom right of this page.
